Is an electric Impact Wrench any better than an air pressure impact wrench?
Supposing they both have the same ft-lb torque and rpm.
No such thing as supposing they both have the same ft-lb torque and rpm.
The electric ones ( 110V ) in my opinion are a toy. Snap-on makes a great Battery (cordless) Impact Driver $500.00 plus and some after market cordless units are pretty good as well but they are not the budget low end models, $ 350.00 plus units work pretty good. It’s just hard to beat Air; Ingersoll Rand makes a titanium model around $380.00 easy on the hands hard hitting great longevity. CP has gone down hill in my opinion, I have one that’s 40 years old that I keep rebuilding and it’s better than the ones they sell today by far. Chicago pneumatic sold at cheap-o stores is a joke and a bad one at that. All this is just my opinion from using them 8 hrs a day for the last 40 years.
