Are the Craftsman cordless tools decent?
I have always used DeWalt but I saw me a great deal on a Combo Kit for Craftsman cordless tools (the 19.2 Volt). I was wondering if anybody has used them and would recommend buying them. I have always used DeWalt and they have done good by me but they're pricey. These tools will be used a lot. I do a ton of work with them and they will be treated like crap.
They have their place. It ain't Panasonic, but at those prices, who cares? Beating the hell out of a Craftsman set is exactly what you are supposed to do. My first kit was a Craftsman kit and I got laughed at a little on jobsites by the other trades, but the tools worked and the batteries charged and the world spun. Craftsman is great for what they are.
