Panel Ogee
Does anyone know where I can buy the type of glass paint used on old reverse painted clock door panels?
I am restoring two vintage Seth Thomas mantle clocks (a split column and an ogee) with reverse painted door panels. I want to touch up the damaged paint on the door panels without it looking like a patch job. If I can find the same type of paint used, I can get the affect I am after. Any suggestions would be helpfull as I can not afford a museum restorationist.
