Router Bits
Can I use a normal Router Bit with my Rotozip?
I was wondering, since you can use the rotozip bits with a router, if you can use router bits with the rotozip?
What are you planning to use it for? The only router bit you MIGHT be able to use with a Rotozip is a spiral cutter. These are the same as the sabre bit that Rotozip makes anyway, so why would you? Zip bits are cheaper than router bits. If you want a small router type tool, look into a Laminate Trimmer. They can use 1/4" Shank Router bits. Hope this helps.
EDIT: My Rotozip came with both 1/8" and 1/4" collets, so theoretically i COULD use a router bit, but I wouldn't......
