Walnut Crotch

I am building kitchen cabinets. Walnut crotch slabs, 9 feet tall by 36 inches wide.
The drawers (all bottom cabinets will be drawers) and doors (all top cabinets) . It will look like the slab of wood is going from the floor to ceiling. I plan on using a thin kerf saw along with hardware I have designed that will not be attached to the cabinet face (frameless cabinets). Any suggestions from anyone? Also what should the thickness be to minimize wood movement? Slabs will be kiln dried. Thanks
3/4" should be plenty thick for stable fronts. Be sure to seal them well to prevent moisture from causing warping. I'm guessing you know to cut from the back side of the wood, and run through a jointer to clean up the edges when you are done cutting. Sounds like a great project. Good luck.
